Chris has been training at AMAC since 2003 and teaching Brazilian Jiu jitsu at AMAC since 2005.

Chris Benfield currently holds rank as a black belt under Master Pedro Sauer who is a direct student of Grandmaster Helio Gracie, the founder of Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Sihing Chris has trained for 12 years under Sifu Alan Baker, owner of the Atlanta Martial Arts Center in Woodstock, GA, who holds black belt rank or higher in over 14 martial arts .

Sihing Chris also holds rank under Master Bob Byrd as a 3 stripe brown belt in Judo and under Sifu Baker as a 2 stripe brown belt in Jeet Kune Do, a 2 stripe brown belt in Kung Fu, a brown belt in Hou Chuan Fa, and a green grade in Defence Lab. Sihing Chris is certified as a Personal Protection Specilist (PPS) through the Executive Protection Institute in Clarke County, VA. Sihing Chris teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and C-Tac at Atlanta Martial Arts Center in Woodstock, GA.

Chris is also available for private lessons, one on one or semi private classes with up to 6 participants.
