Sisuk Chad Huskins - Head Instructor
 
 

Sisuk Chad has been training in martial arts for ten years, and has achieved instructorship in Jun Fan - Jeet Kune Do, as well as Filipino Kali and is an assistant instructor in Kung Fu, Thai Kickboxing, Pekiti Tersia and Indonesian Silat.  He actively trains in other arts at the school to remain well-rounded, including Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Combat Submission Wrestling and the Keysi Fighting Method.  As well, he actively trains parkour (urban freerunning) and wilderness survival, and undergoes urban survival/evasion training regularly.

During his time in the martial arts, he has expanded his knowledge of the industry by training closely with Sifu Alan Baker in various disciplines, and has trained with several other masters including Guru Dan Inosanto and Professor Pedro Sauer.  At AMAC, he oversees the general training and makes sure that each student is getting the education they expect, and assists in instruction alongside the Chief Instructor.

Also a writer, he has published a novel entitled Khan in Rasputin’s Shadow, a thriller which has received highly positive reviews and draws on the knowledge he has collected in stealth, wilderness survival, infiltration/exfiltration, and the martial arts.

Sije Iris Mathews - Program Director
 
 

Sije Iris is AMAC’s Program Director and Office Manager.  She runs all the daily operations here at the school where she has been training since 2006.  She also is an instructor in our Kids Gracie Jiu Jitsu program and our Youth Jeet Kune Do program.

Iris graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and went to work for the Atlanta City Council and later for the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta until she took over front desk operations here at AMAC in 2007. 

So if you call or drop by to get information on the school and our programs, Iris aka “The Boss” is the person to see. Don't know how something works around the school? Ask Iris!

Sihing Chris Benfield - Instructor
 

Sihing Chris has been training at AMAC  since 2003 and teaching Brazilian Jiu jitsu  at AMAC since 2005.  He is responsible for assisting Sifu Baker and Sisuk Chad coordinate the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kids Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Combat Submission Wrestling, and Keysi Fighting Method programs at AMAC.  He also coordinates training and setting up fights for the MMA fight team at the school. 

Chris is currently active in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Keysi Fighting Method, Combat Submission Wrestling, and Jeet Kune Do/Personal Defensive Systems.

Sihing Todd Williams - Instructor 

 

Sihing Todd has a combined 15 years of experience in Martial Arts.   He has studied and practiced such arts as Tae Kwon Do, Shinkendo, Akibu-jitsu, Combat Submission Wrestling, Filipino Kali, Kung Fu, Judo, Gracie Jiu Jitsu, and Jeet Kune Do/Personal Defensive System. 

 

Currently, he teaches in our Jeet Kune Do/Personal Defensive System program and our Gracie Jiu Jitsu program.

Sihing David Mitchell - Instructor
 
Sihing David has been training at AMAC since 2006 and has been an AMAC Instructor Training Candidate (ITC) since 2010. During this time, he has focused his training at AMAC in studying Jeet Kune Do and Filipino Kali. David supplements his knowledge and martial development by training in other arts such as Pekiti-Tirsia, Indonesian Silat, Bando, Thai Boxing, Gracie Jiu Jitsu, and Keysi Fight Method. Currently David instructs in the adult Jeet Kune Do program, is the instructor for the Youth Jeet Kune Do program, and assists in the Filipino Kali program. David is also a member of the AMAC Tactical Team and trains in the Defensive Tactics and Personal Response Tactics taught to police, SWAT, and Executive Protection Specialists.


Outside of the martial arts, David, is involved in a variety of other activities and hobbies. A lover of the outdoors, David spends some of his time honing and expanding his wilderness survival skills. When not trekking through forest, David practices the craft of metal smithing, working with iron and aluminum, producing some of the training tools he uses in the Filipino Kali program.

Sihing Ron Creech - Assistant Instructor
 
 
"Uncle Ron" is the old man of the AMAC family. He started training Gracie Jiu Jitsu at the age of 43, proving that when it comes to training martial arts, age doesn't matter.  He has studied and participated in various styles of martial arts since the early 70's. Including Golden Glove Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Silat, Muay Thai and Folk Style Wrestling. Ron was the first student to have a MMA fight for the AMAC team at the age of 50.

When not training in martial arts, Ron keeps busy working out and taking his 9 yr old son and 5 year old daughter rock climbing, camping, hiking or snorkeling. He is an Inactive PADI Scuba instructor, a USCG licensed Captain and is slowing working on his sailing licenses.

Sihing Luke Kennison - Assistant Instructor

Sihing Luke has over 5 years experience at Atlanta Martial Arts. During his time at AMAC, he has obtained rank in Kung Fu, Filipino Kali and Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

When  he is not training at the school, Luke spends his time with his lovely wife and twin daughters, which keep him very busy. In addition he is a structural engineer for a local engineering firm specializing in residential construction and has obtained his professional engineering license in 8 states. He also is an avid reader of non-fiction books.
