No Egos or bad attitudes will be permitted at this school. Everyone is here to learn an effective self-defense. Tapping out is OK and is part of the learning process. Never brag about tapping someone. It happens to EVERYONE in training it is how you will improve. This is training, where we should always be trying different techniques and situations to better our skill.

Relaxed under stress

A common reaction for the body when it is placed under stress is to increase the levels of tension in order to brace itself for the perceived stressful environment. Tension in the body makes it's movements short and rigid, it shortens the breath and lowers lung capacity and it can cloud the mind.
